To verify withdrawal accounts, Froda uses a solution from Finshark where bank accounts are verified via BankID. Finshark is a Swedish company under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
When someone passes away, an engagement statement is automatically sent to the deceased estate's registered address with information about the estate's assets at Froda. The deceased's engagement with Froda can only be terminated and the money paid out once the estate inventory is complete. For the money to be paid out to the estate, we need to receive the following documents:
– Closure form for the estate, can be found here.
– Power of attorney, in case one person represents all the estate's heirs or a lawyer assists with the closure. You can find the power of attorney here.
– Copy of ID for all the estate's heirs.

At “Withdrawal Account”, click “Get My Account Number”.

Select the bank with which you have your desired withdrawal account.
5. Legitimize you
Legitize yourself and choose which account you want to have as your withdrawal account.
6. Your account is now verified
Your withdrawal account is verified and you can withdraw funds.

To start saving account registration, tap on “Open Savings Account”.
2. Identify with BankID
After clicking on “Open Savings Account” you will need to identify yourself with BankID. This is needed to verify you and fill in your information.
3. Fill in details
After BankID, you fill in the necessary information that we need. In case you're wondering what something means, see above for answers to frequently asked questions.
4th. Fill out customer knowledge questionnaire
Keep filling in the information we need to set up your savings account. Then press “save”.
5. Choose the form of savings
Choose the type of savings you want, variable or fixed rate. Note! Check the current interest rate for each type of savings.
6. Complete registration
Now you only need to press “open a new account”. After this you are done, congratulations on your new savings account with Froda!

Once logged in, look left in the menu and click “Withdraw” to begin.

Once inside the Withdrawals tab, click to select which savings account you want to make a withdrawal from.

Select the account you want your money transferred to here.

Select the amount you want to withdraw. You can write a note here if you need it.

Review the completed boxes to make sure you've done what you want to do. Then agree to continue.

1. Notifications in menu
Once logged into your savings account, “notifications” can be found in the menu. Click this button to start contact.
2. New message
Click on “new message” to continue further and be able to write your question.
3. Fill in the boxes
Now you can fill in the title, preferably your question, and proceed to explain your problem in the message box.
4th. Attach attachment and send
You have the option to attach an attachment if you wish. Then you proceed to ask your question by pressing “send”.
