What can I do if I have submitted a complaint to your customer service but I'm still not satisfied?

If you are still dissatisfied with the answer you received, you can send a written request to the customer ombudsman at Froda, who is responsible for complaints at Froda. The customer ombudsman will then, in an impartial manner, review your case carefully and make a new assessment.
